CA examination

The Supreme Court has directed the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) to allow such candidates to appear in the backup examination which is to be held around November 2021.

Direction to ICAI to postpone the instant CA exams scheduled to held from July 6, 2021 to any subsequent period, post normalization of Covid-19 crisis and till the completion of vaccination of the students, invigilators and other staff

The Supreme Court today while hearing a petition challenging Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) “opt out” option for CA exams, said that option for change of centre should be there in case the area becomes a containment zone.
