A Single Bench of Justice Vivek Varma recently said that the matter cannot be dismissed merely because of the reason that it does not mention the date on which the demand notice was served upon the alleged defaulter.
Married woman Sonu and her lover Sukhvir Singh had filed a petition in the High Court, seeking protection from Sonu's husband and his family members. In the petition, Sonu said that she is married to Gurjeet Singh and has three children.
