The Rajasthan High Court dismissed a PIL filed challenging the order passed by the District Collector, Banswara by which certain land of the village which was recorded as gochar land has been converted for the purposes of construction.

Jammu and Kashmir High Court disposed of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation raising all his grievances in connection with the proposed solid waste/garbage site to be established in village Parigam, District Pulwama before the Deputy Commissioner Pulwama.
