The Allahabad High Court on Friday constituted a medical board for carrying out a medical examination and submitting its recommendation and opinion on the feasibility of medical termination of a minor rape victim's pregnancy.

The Allahabad High Court issued notice to the respondents and stayed the proceedings against the applicant till the next date of hearing

The bench requested the Registrar General of the Court to remind the concerned judicial officer to abide by the guidelines of the High Court on Covid-19 pandemic in passing such orders in future.
