COVID-19 pandemic in India

Delhi High Court issued notice in the plea by empanelled lawyer of the Delhi High Court Legal Service Committee (DHCLSC), and posted the matter for next hearing on November 29, 2021.

The petition has been filed in Madhya Pradesh High Court seeking a direction to carry out a fresh process of determination of extents of wards in accordance with the provisions of Section 10 of the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956.

The Court passed these directions in the Suo Motu plea on the supply of oxygen, ensuring availability of essential drugs, and streamlining the modalities for vaccination amid the COVID-19 pandemic in India
