Place notification regarding compliance to prevent the recurrence of fire incidents in COVID hospitals and nursing homes, the status of NOC for Gujarat Hospitals regarding Fire Safety, as well as the inquiry report undertaken by a committee with regard to fire incidents in two state hospitals: SC

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday will hear the plea seeking directions to Lieutenant Governor and GNCTD to frame guidelines for hospitals to create “Oxygen Master Plan” including mandatory directions to hospitals to have their own Oxygen Plants, arrangement of Oxygen tankers, etc.

The government’s failure to anticipate the nationwide demand for oxygen and the aforesaid notification that is just limited to the man of means is abhorrent at par when the entire world is witnessing the ongoing crisis of this Country.

Brajesh Pathak, the Uttar Pradesh Minister of Legislative Affairs, Justice, Rural Engineering, has written to the District Magistrate, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh to set up RT-PCR test centres in all wards of Lucknow constituency keeping in view the current COVID pandemic situation which is getting worsen day-by-day.

In a meeting conducted on Wednesday, for the formulation of recommendations regarding the de-escalation of Covid-19 dedicated beds, it was found that there was a significant decline in Covid-19 cases admitted in the hospital from 6,023 on December 7 to 2,866 on December 23, registering a fall of 52.4%.

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday has directed the Delhi Govt & the Centre that they shall take all necessary steps for ensuring real time updation of the data on COVID-19, without too much of a time lag, so that information being received by the public is current.
