President of Rajasthan High Court Bar Association Bhuvnesh Sharma submitted in a letter that Corona patients in all districts of the State are facing shortage of oxygen during last two days.

Looking at the health emergency that erupted due to the scarcity of oxygen at various hospitals in the national capital, the Delhi High Court on Wednesday directed the Centre and AAP government to fulfill the demands while saying "Beg, Borrow or Steal but these demands have to be met."

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday while holding a urgent hearing regarding the emergency situation that has erupted in the capital due to shortage of oxygen directed the Central goverment

The Delhi High Court on Monday has stayed the investigation and proceedings against Ganga Ram Hospital in an FIR registered against it by Delhi Government for allegedly violating the COVID 19 guidelines.

The Delhi Government has said that suspected COVID-19 patients, ranging moderate to severe categories, cannot be denied admission by any hospital in Delhi even if they have not proved to be COVID Positive.
