The petitioner, Yogendra Kumar, has approached the Gujarat High Court for quashing the show cause notice dated 10.05.21 issued by Indian Air Force seeking explanation as to why the Petitioner service should not be terminated for his refusal to take the Covid-19 vaccine.

A single bench of Allahabad High Court said that due to non-presentation of correct facts in the Court, on the basis of parity of bail granted to co-accused, the accused does not get the right of bail.
