Supreme Court refuses to quash the summons issued by the Peace and Harmony Committee of the Delhi Legislative Assembly to Facebook India Vice President Ajit Mohan, in relation to Delhi Riots, 2020

A committee of the Delhi Assembly is investigating whether Facebook's inaction in not removing hateful content around the Delhi riots ended up worsening violence. Facebook India Vice President Ajit Mohan was summoned by the committee but he chose not to go twice and moved the Supreme Court.
