A Delhi court will hear today, the bail application of Restaurateur Navneet Kalra in a case related to black-marketing of Oxygen Concentrator and other medical equipment during the Covid-19 pandemic.

A Delhi court on Thursday dismissed the anticipatory bail application of restaurateur Navneet Kalra in a case against him for black marketing of Oxygen Concentrator and other medical equipment during the Covid pandemic.

This is the second case relating to the said violence in which Sidhu has been granted bail in connection with the violence that occurred in and around Red Fort on January 26.

The court has now kept the matter for further hearing on May 6. It also noted that both the applicants have already been granted bail.

The Rs 3,600 crore VVIP chopper deal case has come under a cloud of investigation and the case has now reached the court.

The Court has also directed Sidhu to not influence, threaten, intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

Advocate Suraj Prakash appearing for Girdhar said that he has been wrongly implicated in the present case, and is languishing in judicial custody since the day of his arrest.

The peacock, the national bird of India, is protected under Schedule-I of the Wild Life (Protection) Act. The hunting of peacocks is also prohibited under the Act.
