The Delhi HC has framed a FastDAR (FAST- DETAILED ACCIDENT REPORT ) Scheme for resolving a road accident death cases within ten days. The victim's family will received the compensation without having to file any compensation case as the FastDAR will be treated as a claim petition by the Tribunal.

The Supreme Court on Monday refused to stay the Delhi High Court order permitting Delhi's recognised private and unaided schools to charge annual fee and development charges from students till the physical reopening of the schools.

The court emphasized on the requirement of more active presence of civil defence personnel or police personnel in the market places, including the weekly and hawker places, and directed for proper sanitization of public facilities, if not already done.

The wife moved to the family courts for the maintenance, but the family court denied for the maintenance to the wife as she is earning sufficiently. However, the court ordered to grant maintenance to both children in 25% each of the total income of the father.

The petitions were primarily filed with the grievance of the persons in age group of 18-44 years who had received Covaxin's first dose and were not yet administered the second dosage of the vaccination within the prescribe period of time.

The appeal in SC further states, “The impugned judgment apart from misconstruing the bonafide intention of the petitioners, without cause cast them in a negative light at the cost of their right to reputation.”

However the defendants argued that the defendant has been using the impugned trademark ‘Goodyear’ in respect of brake oil, grease, gear oil, etc. since 1997. It was also argued that the mark was registered in 2002.

Justice JR Midha made it clear that “it appeared that the suit was filed to garner publicity,” noting how Chawla had circulated a web link of the hearing on social media. The cost was imposed also on other plaintiffs.

The Board exams in class X and XII stuck down the domination, monopoly, highhandedness, imperiousness, favouritism, nepotism by the private school management, whereas unfortunately, because of surge of Covid-19 cases, the physical/offline examinations for class X Board has been cancelled,

The court directive had said: "We direct that if any import is made by any person of this drug (Amphotericin B), it shall be allowed on a bond furnished by the importer without the actual duty being paid, till a decision is taken by the Centre.”
