The Central Government on Wednesday apprised the Delhi High Court that they have set up an online crowdfunding platform to collect funds for the treatment of children suffering with rare diseases at rarediseases.nhp.gov.in.
The petitions seek declaration of IT Rules, 2021, as void and inoperative for being violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(a), 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution, in as much as the said rules apply to the 'publishers of news and current affairs content'
The Delhi High Court directed Bhavya's father and Congress MLA from Adampur, Haryana Kuldeep Bishnoi to file an undertaking, stating that he will not leave the country as long as Bhavya is abroad
The petition averred that the policy facilitates monopolistic cartel, while debarring the non-super-rich from entering into the competition. It enables the licensee to recover taxes from the public and non-payment of the same to the government
The Delhi High Court deferred hearing in a plea seeking permission to travel abroad for two years for post-graduation filed by Indian National Congress leader Bhavya Bishnoi, son of Mr. Kuldeep Bishnoi, MLA, Adampur, Haryana and Ms. Renuka Bishnoi, MLA, Hansi, Haryana accused under Black Money Act, 2015.
