The bench observed that judicial officers were working and exposing themselves to the risk the way armed forces and the police were doing.

The Judicial Association filed its petition in Delhi High Court through President Rajesh Malik asking for directions to make necessary arrangements for reimbursement of expenses incurred in the hospital.
