A Single Judge Bench comprising of Justice Suresh Kait has disposed of a petition praying for respondent Delhi Police to comply with the curfew order dated 19.04.2021 which has exempted Advocates from producing E-pass for travelling during the curfew period.

The city was placed under total curfew/lockdown by the Aam Aadmi Party’s state government till April 26, in view of the exploding number of Coronavirus cases in the state.
