The Delhi High Court has directed Delhi Police to intensify efforts to locate, recover and produce the minor Girl missing since January 25, 2021, before the Court in a Habeas corpus writ filed by her Mother.
The court observed the situation while hearing the Habeas Corpus plea filed by the mother of a missing girl in the year 2019. The petitioner mother had to approach the Delhi High Court when Delhi Police had not taken satisfactory actions after filing the FIR.
The Delhi High Court on Friday directed the Delhi Police to file an additional affidavit affixing responsibility on the official who allegedly committed the offence of leaking the disclosure statement of North-east Delhi riots accused Asif Iqbal Tanha to the media.
Challenging the order of the Additional Session Judge 3, Amitabh Rawat states that all the citizens of the country under the Constitution of India have the right and freedom to protest including the right to oppose any legislation.
“The Company (Devas) fraudulently raised foreign investment of Rs 579 crore and subsequently illegally transferred 85% of the investment out of India to its subsidiary in USA in the guise of investment and services fees etc,” the ED investigation revealed.
