A single-judge bench of Allahabad High Court while hearing a petition filed by Anoop Kumar Verma stays the order of the Director of Education (Madhyamik), U.P Lucknow, under which the appointment of a teacher made 22 years ago has been canceled as illegal.

New Delhi (ILNS): The Allahabad High Court has rejected the challenge to an official guidelines issued by the Director of Education (Secondary Uttar Pradesh), for non-funded colleges on verification of documents.
