A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court, seeking directions to the Central government to make public the segregated data of clinical trials for the vaccines that are being administered to the population in India under the Emergency Use Authorisation.

The petitioner submitted that necessary steps should be taken to ensure the availability of vaccine not only for persons aged above 45 years but all such persons even below 45 who are employed in work.
