The Legal Services Authorities, under the aegis of National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and the leadership of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Uday Umesh Lalit, Executive Chairman, NALSA, organised the fourth National Lok Adalat of the year 2021 in 35 States/UTs on 11th December in both virtual and hybrid mode.

The Supreme Court on Friday allowed the appeals of Tata Sons against the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) order restoring Cyrus Mistry as the executive chairman of the group. The order is being cited as a victory for the Tatas.
