FIR against lawyer

Allahabad High Court while hearing an application sought a personal affidavit from Varanasi police commissioner in a police charge sheet case against the senior 72-year-old advocate of Varanasi, on the FIR after the charges were found to be false in two investigations of the rape allegation by the client.
