Allahabad High Court division bench while hearing a PIL filed by Rama Kant Dixit told the UP Government that the non-appointment of a new Advocate General in UP, despite the resignation of the last one more than a month ago, is distasteful situation and cannot be accepted in the constitutional scheme.
