The Patna High Court closed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed seeking for an enquiry into the appointments made to the 9th respondent-college by the Governing Body.

A PIL, filed by NGO Social Jurist through Advocate and NGO Founder Ashok Agarwal in Patna High Court, seeks direction to Bihar government for improvement of basic physical and academic infrastructure in government schools of East Champaran

The Court will be failing in its duty if necessary orders are not passed befitting the present situation, in the larger public interest, to ensure the protection of the right to life of the people in the State of Bihar.
