The Delhi High Court was hearing the petition filed by Muscular Dystrophy patients' siblings 29 year-old Rosalini Parida and 26 year-old Rakesh Kumar Parida, seeking directions to the respondents Government of NCT of Delhi, Health and Family Welfare Department and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

The Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi government and Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College to look into the matter of timely payment of salary, other emoluments and reimbursement of medical bills without any delay and on priority.

The Delhi High Court was today informed by the Government of NCT of Delhi the use of Rapid Antigen Testing at hospitals has been expanded to ensure availability of quick test results and take care of difficulties being faced by patients, including pregnant women.

The National Human Rights Commission on Wednesday has issued notices to the Government of NCT of Delhi and Union Health & Family Welfare Ministry on a complaint making serious allegations about the difficulties being faced by the general public in Delhi due to COVID-19 mismanagement.
