A single Delhi High Court Bench of Justice Rekha Palli granted time to the petitioner and the Central Government to file their respective affidavits in relation to Twitter’s compliance of IT Rules 2021.

Ld. ASG Mr. Sharma appearing on behalf of the center submitted in Delhi High Court that the said IT Rules were notified on Feb 25’ 2021 and that Twitter is in clear breach of the said IT Rules 2021.
