Gauhati High Court Division bench while considering the PIL filed by Mizoram Chakma Student union and others issued notice to the respondents.

The Allahabad High Court has refused to interfere with the recruitment examination of principals of degree colleges scheduled for today and has sought a response from the state government and the Higher Education Service Selection Commission in three weeks on the petition.
