Himachal Pradesh high court directed the petitioners to approach the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), who shall have the site, inspected and to prevent any illegal mining and felling of trees, after due notice to private respondent, after associating the petitioners as well as private respondent.

The Himachal Pradesh High court Bench of Acting Chief Justice Ravi Malimath and Justice Jyotsna Rewal Dua has heard a bunch of Petitions including a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed alleging inadequate facilities and infrastructure in the state to deal with Corona Epidemic.
