The Madhya Pradesh High Court has directed the concerned authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months seeking grant of benefit of the third-time pay scale to the petitioners on completion of 30 years of service.

The Delhi High Court has stayed granting of tenders by the Delhi Development Authority's (DDA's) horticulture department in keeping up more than 700 parks across Delhi, prosecuting the organization for supposed defilement and malpractice.
