The Delhi High Court in plea questioning the services and therapies being provided in various spa centres and massage centres across the capital pertaining to the traditional cross gender massages has recently notified Delhi Government that a cross-gender massage does not amount to a sexual activity entirely for the reason that it is cross gender.

The Division Bench of Chief Justice Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan and Justice Arijit Banerjee passed this order while hearing a Petition filed by Debajyoti Deb.

Serious concern was expressed by TN Godavarman Thirumulpad, of supreme court regarding the safety and security of forest rangers. Under Article 48A part IV of the Constitution of India, it is the duty of the state to protect the forests and wildlife of India.
