The Allahabad High Court will hear the petition filed for the maintainability of the Kashi Vishwanath temple-Gyanvapi mosque civil suit on February 17.

The court has also asked the government to apprise it regarding the rules or regulations under which staff has been provided to the 72 persons (in its compliance report) at the state expenses without being entitled to the same.
