Allahabad High Court while hearing an Application Defective filed by M/S Concept Cars Ltd through authorized signatory rejected the review application saying if the sale deeds itself were nullity and void ab initio, the review-applicant can't claim right and title on the said null and void sale deeds. 

Delhi High Court issued notice in a plea where the petitioner counsel has argued that the Waqf Act is against the principle of secularism as well as unity and integrity of the country because there are no similar laws for followers of Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism and other religions.
