Interim Order

“The prophylactic 'SMS' against Covid-19 – Sanitiser, Mask and Social Distancing – was unfortunately lost in the din of the electoral campaigns. There is a general sentiment that we let our guard down, but we cannot let it happen again," observed Kerala High Court on Friday.

The order was passed in view of the recent covid surge and restricted functioning of the High Court as well as the Subordinate Courts in the West Bengal and UT of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

The Calcutta High Court has extended the duration of all interim orders passed by the High Court and subordinate courts in the State till September 30, in wake of the current pandemic.
