The High Court of Delhi, today allowed the re-opening of some areas of the Nizamuddin Markaz, the place famous for the Tablighi Jamaat congregation which was held during the Covid times and created quite an uproar. The Markaz has remained shut since then.
The Delhi High Court has recently ruled that it is a father’s duty to maintain his daughters and take responsibility of their education as well as their marriage irrespective of the fact that the daughters employed and earning well and have attained majority.
The Delhi High Court said it will hear the petition post vacations where a plea is filed by the actress Juhi Chawla against the 5-G technology challenging the decision of single-judge bench of Justice J.R.Midha whereby the actress’s plea was dismissed with a cost of 20 Lakh.
The Delhi High Court on Thursday directed the district courts in the capital to “strictly adhere” to its full-court order wherein the existing mechanism of hybrid hearing in the Delhi High Court and the Delhi district courts was permitted to continue where a request to such effect is made by the parties concerned.
