The Division Bench of Chief Justice D. N. Patel and Justice Jasmeet Singh passed this order while hearing a PIL filed by Shivleen Pasricha, through Advocate Amresh Anand.

Advocate S Prasanna filed the Public Interest Litigation on behalf of the NGO, also sought direction from the Delhi Government to ensure the resumption of hunger relief centers to provide free hot cooked meals to all those in need.

The plea, filed by Advocate Ashwini Kumar, is likely to come up for hearing before a division bench of the high court presided by Chief Justice D.N. Patel and Justice Jasmeet Singh on Friday.
