The Jammu and Kashmir High Court disposes of a PIL seeking an appropriate scheme or legislation may be enacted for up-keep of the shrine Shri Nav Durga Jhaleri Mata in District Reasi and that the respondents may take control, supervision, possession and the dayto day management of the aforesaid shrine.

The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has stayed an interim order of a Single-Bench, stating that no fresh appointments shall be made of Law Officers, except the Advocate General.
