The Delhi High Court on Thursday disposed of a petition filed by 'Hamara Desh Hamare Jawan Trust,' seeking directions to the Centre to remove the disparity in pensionary benefit and extend the same benefit (old Pension Scheme) to the personnel of armed forces under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).

The Division Bench of Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw and Justice Amit Bansal was hearing the petition by a Commandant CMO (SG), in-charge at Sector Headquarter (SHQ) Hospital Panisagar, Tripura, alleging sexual harassment meted out to her by her senior.

17 Indian Air Force sergeants have moved the Delhi High court saying a new policy of the IAF dated August 25, 2020 disabled them in career progression and sought that they are promoted as per policy that predated the recent change. The Delhi High Court has issued notice but was not entirely convinced.
