The petition in Madhya Pradesh High Court has been filed seeking direction for the police authority to make a proper enquiry and investigate the incident of the suicide of one Shankar i.e. nephew of the Petitioner.

Many of the matters which otherwise would have been listed for passing appropriate orders, owing to the aforementioned reasons, are not being taken up by different Courts.

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has made it clear that a married daughter also has the right to receive compassionate appointment. Therefore, the concerned department should resolve the complaint of the petitioner within three months
