The President of India, in exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, has appointed Justice Sanjay Yadav, Judge of the Allahabad High Court, as the Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court

Justice Yadav was elevated as a Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court on March 2, 2007 and was made a Permanent Judge on January 15, 2010.

President Ram Nath Kovind has appointed Senior Justice Sanjay Yadav of Allahabad High Court as acting Chief Justice.

This decision was given on Monday by the full bench of Justice Sanjay Yadav, Justice M.C. Tripathi and Justice Siddharth Verma

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has directed the Collector of Jabalpur that after an investigation in Transport Nagar Chandalbhata, the encroachment should be removed as per law and a report should be submitted for the same.

The Court has instructed the Collector of Jabalpur to remove the illegal possession and submit the report within a week.
