Justice Subhash Reddy

Supreme Court judge Justice R. Subhash Reddy, who retired on Tuesday, said there has been a gradual decline in the efficiency and the quality of justice in his farewell speech at an event organized by the Supreme Court Bar Association on Tuesday.

Justice Bhushan asked Solicitor General Tushar Mehta whether the government can issue a state-wise advisory that such acts should not be followed by the states, to which Mehta said an advisory of the Central government has already been issued to the states.
