The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice on a petition seeking directions to stay construction of a flyover over a residential road (DDA Road No 226) in Sectors 22 and 23 in Dwarka, Delhi.

The Supreme Court has held that the notification issued by the Centre to increase import duty on goods from Pakistan by 200 per cent in the wake of the Pulwama attack last year could not be applied retrospectively.
