Taking on account of Ram Mandir Janambhoomi title suit verdict, a Hindu outfit has moved to Mathura court with a plea offering land to the Eidgah mosque committee and said the UP Sunni Central Waqf Board and the Shahi Eidgah committee should accept the offer to resolve the matter amicably.
The hearing of the civil suit seeking ownership of the entire 13.37 acres of Krishna Janmabhoomi land in Mathura has been adjourned to December 10 by the court of District Judge Sadhana Rani Thakur as the plaintiff, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust, failed to appear before the court today.
The Court has dismissed the plea on ground that the Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991, had exempted litigation on ownership over disputed Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid litigation, but had barred any other court from entertaining litigation.
New Delhi (ILNS): A civil suit has been filed before a Mathura civil court to reclaim Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura. The suit has sought reclamation of the 13.37-acre land along with declarations that the previous compromise deed and court decrees will not be binding.
