Supreme Court bench will hear the matter of Adv Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay's plea seeking Centre to frame guidelines for compensation to victims of wrongful prosecution and implement the recommendations of Law Commission Report No-277 on Miscarriage of Justice.

Supreme Court bench agreed to hear matter on Tuesday i.e. 26/04/2022 Plea filed by Adv Ashwini Kumar Upadhayay seeking directions to Centre to frame guidelines for compensation to Victims of wrongful prosecution and implement the recommendations of Law Commission Report No-277 on Miscarriage of Justice.
