The PIL says Barwani district borders the state of Maharashtra. Due to coronavirus spreading in Maharashtra, the state government has closed border areas including Shirpur, Nandurbar, Dhulia and others.
The Division Bench of Chief Justice Mohammad Rafiq and Justice Vijay Kumar Shukla while considering the matter ordered, "We deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority.

The Jabalpur bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court on Tuesday issued an interim order to stay the eviction of slum-dwellers. A single-judge bench of Justice Vijay Kumar Shukla passed this order while hearing the petition filed by Kalka Choudhary through Advocate Subodh Kathar.
The Jabalpur bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court on Monday while disposing of a petition held that "the ground on which the earlier order cancelling the application for compassionate appointment has been quashed, the authorities cannot reject the subsequent application on the same ground.”
Both the aforesaid vaccines have been found to be effective against Covid-19 and may provide adequate protection from the disease on successful administration of two doses of the vaccines, the petition highlighted.
