Supreme Court bench dismissed the petition filed by a pharmaceutical company aggrieved by a judgment of the Madras High Court, wherein the Division Bench upheld an order of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, which, in turn, upheld an order of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals).
