Delhi court has handed the responsibility of being a local commissioner to the youngest advocate present in the courtroom

Additional Sessions Judge Dharmendra Rana of the Patiala House Courts refused to grant any interim relief and slated the matter for further hearing on Saturday, March 27

The Patiala House Court also noted that the hands of the investigators cannot be tied to prevent them from collecting evidence.

The court had on the last date asked the Delhi Police as to how it proposes to obtain the requisite data from Pracha's electronic devices without harming the data of his other clients.

The Bar Association of India has expressed its deep concern regarding reports of the search and seizure operation carried out by the Delhi Police on the premises of Delhi-based Advocate Mehmood Pracha.

The court has also asked the investigating officer of the case to be present in the next hearing on December 27 and produce the entire video footage of the search.

Not only this, Pracha has also appeared for Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar, who came to protest at Jama Masjid in Delhi in the CAA case.
