New Delhi (ILNS): Reacting to a petition by three ex-servicemen, the Allahabad High Court has asked the Central and the UP state government to clarify whether ex-servicemen can apply for civil posts while in service.

The defence ministry has written to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), requesting it to direct producers of movies and web series to first seek permission from the defence ministry before airing films depicting Indian Army or military personnel.
