On 9th of June, 2020, Mrs. Bapsi F. Nariman aged 89 years wife of Mr. Fali. S. Nariman Sr. Advocate and mother of Justice Rohinton F. Nariman has passed away at 5.45 pm at her residence F-21/22, Hauz Khas Enclave, New Delhi.

It was notified through the circular of the Supreme Court that the funeral will take place at 11 am on Wednesday, 10th June with only family members as due to Government regulations only 20 people are allowed to attend.

Thereafter, it was said that Registrar-cum-PPS to Chief Justice of India and DR/AR cum-PSs to Judges are requested to kindly bring the contents of the circular to the notice of their Lordships/Ladyships.
