The plea of the petitioner in Madhya Pradesh High Court is that a large number of illegal hoardings exist in the city of Damoh. That the Municipal Council is not taking any effort to ensure that illegal hoardings are removed.

The Delhi Government on Tuesday informed the Delhi High Court that it has permitted functioning of all the weekly markets from August 9, 2021, in respond to a plea filed by “Saptahik Patri Bazar Association.”

The Gwalior Bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court has stayed the order reserving the office of the Chairperson of Municipal Council Indergarh, District Datia (MP) for Scheduled Caste.
