The Delhi High Court's directions to National Centre for Disease Control came after it was informed by Amicus Curiae Rajshekhar Rao that there is a need to study the effectiveness of several medications prescribed and administered by the practicing doctor.

The Supreme Court today rejected a plea to reconsider its decision for setting up of a smog tower in Delhi to deal with the growing pollution level in the city.
