The Court held that the State Government also stepped in and did its effort in bringing out a Government order dated January 04, 2018, for controlling the blatant misuse of loudspeakers. The said Public Interest Litigation is still pending before the Court.

According to the PIL, offering Azaan with a loudspeaker has nothing to do with religion therefore there should be an immediate action to stop the sound offered by the loudspeaker to curb the noise pollution.

The petitioner states that the arrangement of marriage garden should be within the garden, but the same is not done. Also visitors park Garden park vehicles on the road and service road that causes a jam situation.
