Delhi High Court heard a Petition which further seeks direction to the NrDMC to pay compensation to the petitioner through the Junior Engineer for carrying out demolition action at the subject property without following due process of law and causing humiliation to the petitioner.
A single-judge bench disposed a Petition filed by Furniture Block Market Association seeking stay on the sealing order dated 15/03/2022 passed by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NrDMC) and direction to not to take any coercive action against the members of the Petitioner-Association.
The Delhi High Court has recently sought the responses of the Delhi Government and the North Delhi Municipal Corporation in a petition preferred by a dengue patient seeking a direction to take necessary measures to control the dengue outbreak in the area surrounding the petitioner’s residence.
