A single judge bench Delhi High Court granted bail to accused in connection with murder of Head Constable Ratan Lal while hearing a bail application Shahnawaz and others.

In the first verdict over the North Delhi riots of 2020, Additional Sessions Judge Amitabh Rawat acquitted Suresh alias Bhatura, saying this was a 'clear cut case of acquittal'.
